She was predeceased by: her husband Earl R. Fox; her parent Annie Lee; her grandmother Annie Sue Petty; her brothers, Charles Durham, Jessie Durham and Timmy Durham; her daughter Tammy Abney; her son-in-law Marcus McCollough; and her grandson Jimmie Lee Malone.
She is survived by: her children, Lajuana Russell, Lattona Scales Ware (Willie), Shernette Scales (Frank), Shavon Scales, Demetrious, Dedric Scales, Earl Fox Jr., Marcus Fox (Carla), Akinah Fox, Marnique Fox and Marie Smith; and her sisters, Charlene Carter (James), Sharon Durham, Caron Durham, Annie Johnson (Rickey), Cora Durham, Nancy Durham and Reo Osunde (Julius). She is also survived by 36 Grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church (14618 Lincoln Ave, Harvey, IL 60426). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at the Cedar Park Cemetery (12540 S Halsted St, Calumet Park, IL 60827).
