As we bid Dominick farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Dominick is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his parents, John Ward and Denise Stone; his stepfather David Hulsman (Dominick); his siblings, Danielle (Mario), Jamie, Darien (Jessica) and Dylan Ward; and his sons, Dominick Jr. and Benjamin Ward. He is also survived by his Grand mother, Aunts and Uncles, cousins, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that the remembrances be made in the form of contributions to Dominick's children, Dominick Jr. and Benjamin Ward. They respectfully request that any donations be made through Denise (Stone) Hulsman.
