He was predeceased by: his father Billy L. Mills; his brother Billy D. Mills; and his stepbrothers, Rodney Westray, Jeff Westray and John Westray.
He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Westray (Middleton); his close friend Linda Susie Cearlock; his daughter Terra Mills; his grandchildren, Dallas Knightley, Saint Newman and Samara Newman; his sister Terra Daykin (Chris); his stepbrothers, Mark Westray (Sonya) and David Westray (Genie); his nieces and nephews, Hannah Daykin, Erica Taylor, Ryan Daykin and Steven Westray; and his close friends, Kevin Schmitz, John Campbell and Tim Chumley.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home- Nokomis (200 E State St, Nokomis, IL 62075). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
