He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Doc and Mable Millner (Wagner); his parents-in-law, Victor and Viola Goad; his brother Richard Millner; his siblings-in-law, Raymond Boettcher, Alfred Roesslein and Joyce Fehrmann; his nephew Ricky Millner; and his niece Tasha Roesslein.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Millner of Richland Center, WI; his children, Steven Millner of Monroe, WI, David Millner (Betty) of Reedsburg, WI and Doreen; his grandson Mitchell Millner of Monroe, WI; his stepgrandchildren, Estefania and Paola; his siblings, Duane Millner (Linda) of Capron, IL, James Millner (Kris) of Blue River, WI, Barbara Boettcher (Ted) of Harvard, IL and Letha Roesslein of Hebron, IL; and his aunt Carol McCormick of Richland Center, WI. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and in-laws that loved him very much, as well as other relatives and friends.
