She was predeceased by: her husband Sven Raymond Nelson (Ray); her son Timothy Nelson (Kara Condon); her parents, William F White and Loretta F White (Liddy); and also Arne Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Myers (Mark Myers), Karen Mazur (Karl Mazur) and David Nelson (Hannale Nelson). She is also survived by her sister-in-law and 17 nieces and nephews.
Even in her final years as Alzheimer's claimed her memories, she continued to believe she was nursing the residents of The Fountains Memory Care Unit and later the other residents at Alden McHenry Memory Care Unit.
