He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Q. Stoxen and Frances M Stoxen (Meyer); his wife Martha M Reese; his brothers, Donald and Ralph Jr.; and his brother-in-law Roland Hermann.
He is survived by: his children, Leslie Stoxen (Nemia), Dena Stoxen (Art Lowe), Patsy Wachlin (Larry) and Judy Stoxen (Christopher Hermonson); his grandchildren, Ryan Stoxen (Megan), Jason Stoxen (Jessica), Robbie Schacht (Aislinn) and Jeremy Schacht (Michaela Donohue); his great grandchildren, Morgan Schacht, Alanna, Alicia, Christian, Elizabeth Schacht and Rylee Stoxen; his sister Francis Hermann; and his sisters-in-law, Elzora Stoxen and Harriet Stoxen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to McHenry County Farm Bureau Foundation to support Ag in the Classroom.
