With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Dale Coleman of Harvard, Illinois, who passed away on September 2, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jerry may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jerry touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Elwood and Anna Lucille Coleman (McClain); his son Jerry Denton Coleman; his brother William W. (Coleman); his stepfather Ray Atkins; and his stepsisters, Sheryl Chavez and Shelley Atkins.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Carter Hogan, Stephanie Kowalski (Christopher), Nicholas Coleman (Jess) and Tara Coleman (Max).
