She is survived by: her children, David Perkins and Julianne Gunderson (Dennis); her daughter-in-law Phyllis Perkins; her grandchildren, Dan Perkins, Sheila Andelin (Steven), Aaron Perkins (Mary) and Brett Perkins (Tracy); and her great grandchildren, Jacob Andelin, Matthew Andelin, Kelsey, Kaden, Keaton Perkins, Tyler, Gavin, Dylan and Abby Perkins.
