With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene A. Boppart of Harvard, Illinois, born in Richmond, Illinois, who passed away on October 2, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Boppart and Clara Boppart (May); and his brothers, Loren and Irvin Boppart. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Howard of Patrick's Catholic Church; his children, Gina McConoughey (Jim), Michelle Boppart and Howard Boppart (Gina); his grandchildren, Elizabeth McConoughey, Spencer Ocean (Rachel), James Militello (Nicole), Mary Ferlmann (David), Johannes Boppart, Luke Boppart, Anna Jones (Owen) and Eli Boppart; his great grandchild Avery Militello; and his sisters, Marilyn Hall, Phyllis Boppart and Betty Boppart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
