She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ramer and Louise Roush (Blazier). She is survived by: her husband Charles E. Kelly of Harvard; her sons, Mark E. Kelly (Gayl) of Rockford, IL and Charles N. Kelly of Harvard; and her sister Diane Branham of Janesville, WI.. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
