He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Noe and Betty Ann Noe; and his sister Laurel. He is survived by: his former wife Marlene Drafz; his wife Marlene Noe; his children, Chris Noe (Tracy), Melinda Innis (Scott) and Eric Noe (Derly); his grandchildren, Alex Noe, Jake Noe, Abby Noe, Madeline Innis and Hayes Innis; his siblings, Terry Noe (Ann), Cheryl Leyden (Phil) and Gale Botian (Alexey); and his uncle Delbert Drymiller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
