He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Horn and John Van Horn; and his sister Pam. He is survived by: his significant other Kathy Foster (Tolley); his children, Bethany Kraeplin (Kurt), Jason Foster (Corey) and Sarah Shanks (Peter); his grandchildren, Becca, Jacob, Riley, Jaylin, Regan, Jaxton, Eli and Ethan; his great grandchildren, Bradley and Braxton; and his brother Michael Van Horn.
