He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Radebaugh and Dorothy Radebaugh; his stepmother Dorothy Radebaugh; his daughter Kendra Kay Radebaugh; and his grandson Matthew Carl Greenlee.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Bernhardy; his daughters, Penny Kraft (Jim) of Richmond, IL and Carla Young (John) of Mesquite, NV; his grandchildren, Ryan Greenlee (Nicole), Jenna Hanson (Tim), Sarah Julius (Jeffery), Amanda Kraft (Brogan Coon), Ally Nobleza (Andrew) and Jessi Munoz (Carlos); his great grandchildren, Izzy, Andrew, Penny, Brianna and Antonio; his siblings, Virginia Bailey, Ann Grampp and Jack Radebaugh (Jane); and his siblings-in-law, Marvin Bernhardy (Wanda) and Judy Bernhardy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
