Barbara Ackland Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ackland of Harvard, Illinois, who passed away on September 11, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey A. Maynard and Marjorie C. Maynard (Montgomery); her husband George "Bob" Ackland; and her brother Richard. She is survived by: her children, Maggie Ackland (Bill Lowe) of St. Louise, MO and Andy Ackland (Debbie) of Harvard; her grandchildren, Emma, Jackie Fiegel (Chris), Clayton Brennecka (Sarah) and Ashley Kleinsmith (Wade); and her great great grandchildren, Pieper, Aiden Fiegel, Ava, Miles Brennecka, Addi, Ryder, Jackson and Hunter Kleinsmith.
In lieu of flowers, donations by be given to MercyHealth Hospice, St. Judes Children's Research Hospital, or any local no-kill animal shelter.
