He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Mary Holt Sr.; his wife Kathleen R. Matthes; his son-in-law David Seegers; and his siblings, Mary Katherine, Rev Joanne Martins, Richard and Jack Holt.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Seegers, Sheila Holt, Christopher Holt (Carolyn), Patrick Holt and Michael Holt; his grandchildren, Alison, Karen, Kyle, Noelle, Marisa, Cassandra, Chelsea and Clayton; his nephews, Tim Holt (Betty), Tom Holt (Tamara) and James Holt (Debra); and his niece Mary Lou Freundt.
