She was predeceased by: her parents, George Pries and Lelah Pries (Longman); her husband James Perenchio (Jack); her son Martin G. Perenchio (Carol); her children-in-law, Linda Perenchio and William Baker; her grandsons, Max Perenchio, Zachary McMahon and Todd Pihl; and her siblings, George "Bud" Pries and Iona "Betty" Menzies.
She is survived by: her children, Jill Mills (Frank), Jeffrey Perenchio (Christine), Ann Scherbinski (Paul), Gina Ingraham (Dave), Charles Perenchio (Debra), Steven Perenchio (Jana) and Janet Badovinac (Jim); her niece Marianne Murphy; her grandchildren, Annmarie Andersen, Stacy Kopach, Adam McMahon, Lisa Perenchio, Julie Perenchio, Lindsey Perenchio, Brian Darger, Evan Darger, Kathleen Darger, Cody Perenchio, Jim Scherbinski, Sara Scherbinski, Kim Ingraham, Kyle Ingraham, Erin Kruckenberg, Renee Pihl, Megan Noren, Kurt Perenchio, Katie Olson, Josh Widmayer, Ryan Perenchio, Dylan Perenchio, Brendan Perenchio, Jennie Badovinac and Jake Badovinac; her great grandchildren, Nancy Johnson and Jamie Lane; and her cousins, Roger Longman, Barbara Clark and Debbie Helgeson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
