He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Harvey and Elizabeth L. England (Spiker); his children, Gwendolyn Corgan (Steve) of Wildwood, MO and James B. England (Debbie) of Edwardsville; his stepson Gary Reynolds of Hartford; and his grandchildren, Jared Corgan, Justin Corgan, Jake Corgan, Brianne England, Tony England, Stephanie Walling, Cassandra England, Tara Schwegler, Jamie Winkler and Melissa Pierce. He was also cherished by 9 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
In addition to his wife he was preceded in death by his son, Steven England and sister and brother-in-law, Thelma and Charlie Thaxton Due to Covid 19 restriction private burial will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis.
