He was predeceased by: his parents, Orthy Koonce and Ethel Koonce (Stewart); and his grandson Travis Otto. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Patterozzi-Koonce of Harristown, IL; his children, Tanya Williams (Shaun) of East Peoria, IL, Aaron W. Koonce (Debbie) of Maroa, IL, Damon Patterozzi of Decatur and Cassia Patterozzi of Calhoun, GA; his siblings, Charlotte Spaeth of Wood River, IL, Phylis Jackson (Ike) of Decatur, Dorothy Turner (Jack) of Columbia, IL, Robert Koonce (Mary) of Maroa, IL and Thomas Koonce of Texas; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne Williams, Grayson Lusk, Taylor Lusk, Tanner Koonce and Charlotte Koonce.
