He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Jennifer Centola (Brad) of Harristown, Angela Atwater (Charles) of Decatur and John Henry Kaufman, III; his grandchildren, Jacey, Sierra, Bradley, Cody, Johnny IV, Aurelia, Mason and Colton; and also Hank.
