It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma L. Collins (Harrisburg, Illinois), born in Golconda, Illinois, who passed away on August 8, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandson Shawn Stout; her sister O'Dena Carraway; and her cousin Bonita Choisser. She is survived by: her parents, Otis Wallace and Myrtle Mills Wallace; her spouse Collis D. Collins; her daughter Judy Stout of Harrisburg; her grandson Scott Stout of Harrisburg; and her sister Barbara Sue "Susie" Cox of Elba.
