He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Cecil and Vernice Schaffer Allen; his wife Geraldine Webb; and his sister Carol Sue Kittle. He is survived by: his children, Bruce Allen of Harrisburg, Illinois. and Kim Allen of Evansville, Indiana.; his sister Patricia Haas of Decatur, Illinois.; his grandsons, Josh Allen of Harrisburg and Jake Allen of Mooresville, Indiana.; and his great grandchildren, Luke Allen and Parker Allen.
