He was predeceased by: his parents, Cony Prusaczyk and Mary Prusaczyk; his wife Betty J. Holloman; and his siblings, Cony, Charlie, Chester, John, Mary, Bertha and Jenny.
He is survived by: his children, William Keith Prusaczyk (Mary) of Fairfax, Diane Hafford (Darrell) of Harrisburg and Kevin J. Prusaczyk (Jacquie) of Corvalis; his grandchildren, Maggie Prusaczyk (Aaron Kenley) of Honolulu, Wynn Katherine Prusaczyk of Manassas, Jeremy A. Hafford (Julie) of Kangaroo Flat, Jayson K. Hafford of Harrisburg, Jaime L. Hafford of Harrisburg, Emily Stockdale (Danny) of Salem, Eric Prusaczyk and Elsie Prusaczyk of Dothan; and his great grandchildren, Joshua, Tyler, Alyssa, Trinity, Ruby, Henry, Raegan, Gage, Lydia and Ava.
