He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Martha Everett (Killingsworth); and his daughter Lynne Ibeck. He is survived by: his wife Myrna Smiddy; his children, Gina Foster (Craig) of Beckemeyer, Illinois, Kevin Bernardini (Katheryn) of Tuscon, Arizona and Randy Banovz (Billie) of McLeansboro, Illinois; and his siblings, Roger Everett (Chris) of Taylorville, Illinois and Lesley Vera Alba of London, England. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
