He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Erwin of Harrisburg, Illinois; his daughter Jena Oglesby (Mark) of Galatia, Illinois; his granddaughters, Amanda Fetcho (Justin) of Herrin, Illinois and Kasey Vickery (Taylor) of Raleigh, Illinois; and his great grandchild Paxton Fetcho.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to honor Jerry to the 1st United Methodist Church in Harrisburg or Hospice of Southern Illinois and sent to Reed Funeral Chapel in Harrisburg.
