He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Elam of Harrisburg, IL, Rebecca Parrish (Troy) of Oak Lawn, IL and William Elam, Jr. of Harrisburg, IL; the mother of his children Carolyn Elam; his grandchildren, Brandon Elam, Travis Elam (Kresna), Jayci Dayle Elam, Kassidy Perez (Freddy), Kaleb Elam, Konnor Parrish and Dakota Elam; and his great grandchildren, Tessa and Bella Perez.
