He is survived by: his wife Bernice Newcomb of Harrisburg, Illinois.; his sons, Jeff (Tamara Newcomb) of Harrisburg and Bertis Newcomb of Carrier Mills, Illinois.; his brother Donald Newcomb of Joliet, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Hallie Olsoe of Harrisburg and Evie Newcomb of Carrier Mills; and his siblings, Wayne, Marion, Henry, Orval, Wenzel Newcomb, Gertie Crawford, Hazel Pankey and Betty Ammerman.
