She was predeceased by: her father Aaron Biggerstaff; her husband Max Apple; and her sisters, LaVerne Eckroth and LaVere Edwards. She is survived by: her sons, Don Apple (Karen) of Newburgh, Indiana and Roger Apple (Donna) of Harrisburg; her granddaughter Melanie Mayo of Lawrenceville, Georgia; her sons, Scott Apple (Misty) of Ball Ground, Georgia, Aaron Apple (Nicole) of Harrisburg and Austin Apple (Lyndsi) of Harrisburg; her great grandchildren, Taylor Douglass (Matthew), Halee Barnes, Madison Apple, Lilly Apple, Emmery Apple, Harrison Apple and Royce Apple; her great great grandchildren, Wyatt and Lee; and her sister-in-law Elizabeth Barbre of Carmi.
