She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilburn Coy and Rosalee Barger (Keneipp). She is survived by: her husband Cornelious "Corny" Phipps; her sons, Jeff Phipps (Sally) of Harrisburg, Steven Phipps (Shaleen) of Newburgh, Indiana, Mike Phipps (Alyson) of Harrisburg and Ben Phipps (Melissa) of Marion; her grandchildren, Emily Phipps (Tyler Campbell), Amy Mott (Nick), Matthew Phipps (Emma), Nathan Phipps (Lacey), Rebekah O'Risky (Austin), Isaac Phipps (Briana), Andrew Phipps and Eli Phipps; her great grandchildren, Elise, Silas Mott, Kamryn, Emersyn, Parker Phipps, Addyson and Zoey O'Risky; and her sister Joyce Diefenbach of Benton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
