He is survived by: his former wife Martha Carol Shadrick; his wife Carol Hicks of Harrisburg, Illinois.; his daughter Sharon Hicks of Marion, Illinois.; and his siblings, Buel Deneen, Lyndol Hicks of Eichorn, Illinois., Joy Wilson of Eddyville, Opal Gibbs of Alton, Illinois., Randall Hicks, Betty Bishop and Gertrude Davidson.
