She is survived by: her husband Garry Clayton; her children, LaDonna Jackson of Shawneetown and Chris Head (Kathy) of Eldorado; her stepson James Clayton (Tabitha) of Akron, Ohio; her grandchildren, Ashley Walker, Paul Walker, Jacob Ward, Breanne Ward and Zane Clayton; her great grandchildren, Addison Walker, Jaydan Johnson, Malikai Johnson, Aaliyah Walker, Maverick Walker and Zayden Walker; and her siblings, Patricia Hardin of Harrisburg, Terry Hamlin of Harrisburg, Charles Hamlin of Harrisburg and Dale Hamlin of Hopkinsville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
