We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2019, at the age of 77, Robert Starnes Sr. (Harrisburg, Illinois), born in Gary, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Orlin Starnes and Janie Starnes (Miller); his siblings, Lowell Francis Starnes (Frank) and Myrna Jean Owen (Starnes); his wife Ethel Elizabeth Scott Starnes (Sager); his brother Everett Theodore (Bud); and his children, Wyatt Scott and Lavena Gschwandtner.
He is survived by: his child Elouis Chase; his former wife June Ritchie; his children, Annetta Pate, Robin Haney, Robert Starnes, Jr., John Scott, Walter Scott, Elouise Chase and James Scott; and his siblings, Janice Dunn and James Starnes. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
