He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Alfred and Ethel Amanda Coburn; and his wife Grace McReynolds. He is survived by: his siblings, Evelyn Herring, Alfred C Coburn, Wesley Coburn, Ernest Coburn Jr. (Ernie), Elsie Northen, Lois Berry and Ruth Holman; his daughters, Barbara Holt (Daniel) of Murfreesboro, TN, Cathy Mowrer (Paul) of Ackerman, MS, Alice Teehee (Max) of Searcy, AR and Dusta Hatfield (Barry) of Streetsboro, OH; his grandchildren, Jennifer DeMario (Greg) of Murfreesboro, TN, Laura Thomas (Nathan) of Smyrna, TN, Angie Rampy (Neil) of Fairfax, VA, Valerie Bryant (Corey) of Greenville, MS, Adam Mowrer (Claire) of Harvest, AL, Benjamin Teehee (Shelby) of Mercersburg, PA, Carrie Davis (Schuylar) of Searcy, AR, Josh Hatfield (Courtney) of Missouri City, TX, Jacob Hatfield (Moriah) of Centerton, AR and Amy Hall (Greg) of Indianapolis, IN; his great grandchildren, Grant, Isaac and Aaron DeMario; and his grandchildren, Josiah, Anna Grace Thomas, Brett, Colin Rampy, Evelyn, Harry Bryant, Paul Thomas Mowrer, Peyton, Ryleigh Grace, Houston Teehee and Matthew Hatfield. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Church of Christ (3233 Shaw Rd, Melber, KY 42069). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to New Pathways for Children, Hospice of Southern Illinois, or Churches of Christ Disaster Relief Effort, Inc.
