He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ann Smith; his children, Cory Hogg (Julia) of Vancouver, Washington and Randi Hall of Carbondale; his grandchildren, Dalton Hall of Harrisburg, Emily Hogg of Harrisburg, Danielle Hall of Harrisburg, Caleb (Harrisburg), Grayson Hogg of Vancouver, Washington and Wesley Hogg of Vancouver, Washington; his great grandchildren, Remmi Rose Lewis and Axel Ryan Lee Hogg; and his half-brother Herschel Smith of Texas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
