He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Parks and Madge Parks (Abney); his son Glenn Allen; his wife Jean Beatrice Mann; and his siblings, John Darwin and Betty Jackson.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Renee (Jerry) of Crete, IL and Duane Parks (Jane) of Orio; and his grandchildren, Tasha Brown (Richard) of West Chester, OH, Shannon Parks (Katrina) of Poulsbo, WA and Dana Carr (Nick) of Bourbonnais, IL. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
