She is survived by: her husband John Holmes of Harrisburg; her son John Patrick Holmes (Kaitlin Austin) of Harrisburg; her sister-in-law Marilyn Gore of Harrisburg; her sister Rosemary Cozart (Henry) of Carrier Mills; her nieces and nephews, Tracy Adams of Harrisburg, Richard Gore (Kacy) of Harrisburg, Shelly Boots (Gary) of Harrisburg, Jason Gore (Tracy) of Schererville and Jim Cozart (Teresa) of Creal Springs; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Cody Gore, Taylor Boots, Cole Adams, Delaney Adams, Evan Adams, Olivia Gore, Caleb Gore, Morgan Cozart and Ridge Cozart; and also Ken Osburn (Libby) of Greenville.
