He is survived by: his children, Derrick (Mishell Cook) of Harrisburg, Clint (Shelly Thrasher) of Harrisburg, Lee Cook of Shawneetown, Illinois., Gloria (Gerry Darrell Pewitte) of Sharon and Rochelle Williams of Southfield, Michigan.; and his brothers, Lawdell (Emma Fields) of Dyersburg, Tennessee., Otis Thomas Blakemore and James Akins. He is also survived by Twenty-three grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
