She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Millington and Bonnie Lou Penrod (Cavett); and her husband Barry Bascom. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kelsey Nichole Brown of Benton, Kylee Renae Brown (J. D. Fulk) of Kansas City, Missouri and Keaton Alan Brown of Woodlawn; her siblings, Roslyn Haste of Cincinnati, Ohio, Wendell Penrod (Vicki) of Indianapolis, Indiana and Pam Bond (Joel) of Harrisburg; her nephews, Christopher Haste (Marci) of Columbus, Ohio and Jason Penrod (Melissa Jaeger); and her close friends, Anita and Ed Whipple.
