He was predeceased by: his parents, Amado Walker and Virginia Bentley (Garnett); his grandchildren, Shana Jo Walker and Jordan Campbell; and his siblings, Dickie Walker, Phyllis Rollins and Johnnye Harell.

He is survived by: his wife Edna Williams; his children, Larry Portee of Carrier Mills, Jay Green (Pam) of Maywood, Jerry Hall (Denise) of Charleston, Gina Apuzzo (Tom) of Plymouth, Minnesota, Angela Rouse (James) of Maywood, Hope Greene (Terry) of Eclectic, Alabama, Michael Walker (Heather) of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, Shane Walker of Harrisburg, Miko Moses (Myron) of Atlanta, Georgia and Bronston Walker (Stephanie) of Harrisburg; and his sisters, Carolyn Green of Elgin, Jeri Stewart of Harrisburg and Paula Bentley of Elgin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
