She is survived by: her sons, Johnie Sivok, Jr. (Marlene) of Harrisburg, David Sivok (Bobbie) of Harrisburg and Dennis Sivok of Harrisburg; and her siblings, Charles Carter of Evansville, Indiana, Roger Carter of Evansville, Indiana, Alice, Barbara Ann, Helen June and Bobby Carter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
