Lucyella Foster Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucyella Foster of Harrisburg, Illinois, who passed away on October 16, 2022, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe F. Johnson and Nell Johnson (Walker); her grandparents, George F., Ella Johnson (Dixon), Richard and Lucy Walker (Gibbons); her husband Preceding; her children, Charlotte Michal Berry (Foster) and John Franklin Foster III; her sister Willa Brown (Johnson); her parents-in-law, Fanny Foster and John F. Foster I; her sisters-in-law, Noveda Norman and Catherine Ingram; her niece Kay Turner (Brown); and her nephew Dennis Brown.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Heather McKechney of Fairport and Thomas Berry of Cheshire. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Harrisburg, Harrisburg District Library, or the Saline County Historical Society and Museum.
