She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Lawrence and Florence L. Olson (Wahlgren); her husband Russell Carmean; and her sister Joan Simmons. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Michael Carmean (Anne) of Bloomington and Russell K. Carmean (Lynn) of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Jonathan Carmean (Chantel) of Bloomington, Bradley Carmean (Erin) of Peoria, Amanda Schmitt (Johnathan) of Harrisburg and Jennifer Sexton (Morgan) of Carmi; her great grandchildren, Keiley Carmean, Cole Carmean, Aria Carmean, McKenna Carmean, Carlee Schmitt, Camryn Schmitt, Ryder Sexton, Rhett Sexton and Ridge Sexton; and her brother Richard Olson, Jr. (Leslie) of Stevensville, Michigan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
