He was predeceased by: his parents, Dee A. Johnson and Wanda M. Johnson (Shoemaker). He is survived by: his wife Vickie Lynn Ewan; his children, Stephanie Treat (Carroll) of Creal Springs, Kristie Clarida (Jamey) of Galatia, Stephen Sloan (Bryan Ferrell) of Marion and Tyler Johnson (Hannah) of Equality, Illinois; his grandchildren, Kayli, Isabelle, Ian Clarida, Gavin Sloan, Sianna and Sophia Johnson; and his siblings, Connie Schram of Chester, Lois Painter (Bob) of Simpson, Illinois, Charles "Chuck" Johnson (Shanna) of Simpson, Terry Johnson of Chester and Jeremy Johnson (Heather) of Anna, Illinois. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
