Lida Schork Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lida Schork of Harrisburg, Illinois, who passed away on December 8, 2020 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Thomas and Mary Thomas (Matthews); her husband John L. Schork; her son John Matthew Schork; her siblings, Hannah Lasersohn Lee, Dorothy Thomas and Frank Thomas, Jr.; her niece Jane Tuttle; and her nephews, Dr. Jack Lasersohn and Crit Thomas.

She is survived by: her daughters, Melanie Bradley (Ed) of Marion and Mary Winkleman (David) of Harrisburg; her grandsons, John Bradley (Michelle) of Marion, Josh Bradley of Marion, Dr. Matthew Winkleman (Laura M.) of Harrisburg and Rev. Chris Winkleman (Laura C.) of Harrisburg; her great grandchildren, Jackson Bradley, Gabriel Bradley, Caroline Bradley, Ella Bradley, Sam Winkleman, Luke Winkleman, Sarah Grace Winkleman, Noah Winkleman, Bo Winkleman, Sophie Winkleman, Issac Winkleman, Mary Beth Winkleman, Lilli Winkleman, Asher Winkleman, Austin Reach and Madison Guye; her nieces, Jill Dangerfield of Ohio and Lindsay Horton of Georgia; her nephew Stratton Thomas; and her great-niece Pam Pearson. She is also survived by her daughters, her grandsons, and her great grandchildren, and enjoyed watching her grandchildren.
