He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fulkerson and Bessie Fulkerson (Banks); his siblings, Randall Fulkerson, Wanda Prather, Larry Fulkerson and Don Fulkerson; and his great grandchild Kamden Day.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his children, Alan Fulkerson (Karen) of Harrisburg, Kathy Prather (Zack) of Carrier Mills, Jeremy (Misty) of Harrisburg and Crystal (Jeremy Palmer) of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Kirstin Heberer, Kory Heberer, Brandon Fulkerson, Lexee Fulkerson, Hayden Fulkerson, Ryli Fulkerson, Deacon Palmer, Kannon Palmer, Nicholas Prather, Dylan Hall-Prather, Avhileen Hall-Prather and Allie Prather; his great grandchildren, Rylee Heberer, Kaydence Heberer and Kruz Heberer; and his sister-in-law Margie Fulkerson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
