She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ron Phelps of Harrisburg, Illinois.; her mother Mary Flota of Harrisburg, Illinois.; her children, Stephanie Lynn Hanley (Joe Jr.) of Westwood, Leslie Ann Ewell of Carrier Mills, Byron Keith Ewell of Ridgway and Davis Alan Phelps (Julie Hayden-Phelps) of Eldorado, Illinois.; her siblings, David Flota, James Flota, Paul Flota, Joseph Flota, Sandra Burns, Cheryl Lincicome and Frances Oeding; and her father David Flota.
