She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Morse of Harrisburg, Illinois; her grandchildren, Brett Morse of Harrisburg, Illinois and Brittany Morse of Harrisburg, Illinois; her siblings, Sandy Cushist (Randy) of Harrisburg, Illinois and Greg Morse of Carrier Mills; and her niece Tara Cushist of St. Louis.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the ALS Association, St. Louis Chapter or Hospice of Southern Illinois.
