She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Daniel and Celia Colbert Milligan of Virginia; her husband Billy Joe Russell; and her siblings, Gary Milligan and Laverne Michaels.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Eugene Russell of Schaumburg, David Clinton (Cheryl Ann Russell) of Zion, Illinois., Teressa Lynn Mounsey of Chicago and DeAnn Mitchele Russell of Harrisburg, Illinois.; her siblings, Jerry Milligan and Loretta Poundstone; and her grandchildren, Russell Mounsey, Johnathan Russell and Kyle Russell.
