She was predeceased by: her parents, John Childs and Emily Lee Childs (Propes). She is survived by: her pet Wally; her husband Billy Sivok of Harrisburg; her son Lucky Sivok (Tosha) of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Austin Sivok and Gabreila Sivok of Harrisburg; her sister Nellie Childs of Galatia; her niece Mandy Childs of Columbia, Tennessee; and her nephew Andrew Frailey of Galatia.
