She was predeceased by: her parents, Pernell Jefferson and Thelma Louise Wheatcroft (Boswell); her former spouse Glen Edward Veach; her husband William H. Owens; and her sister Helen.
She is survived by: her children, Vickey Flynn (Ronnie), Eilene Ginger (Robert), Debbie Dullinger and Larry Veach; her grandchildren, Billie Fearday (Todd), Jeff Rorer (Rachel) and Carey Collins (Nathan); her great grandchildren, Austin, Colton Tanner, Jase Duke, Conner, Hannah Rorer, Ella and Emery Collins; her siblings, Jim Wheatcroft (Melody), Shirlie Schutt (J. C.), Susie Stanfield (Joey) and Marion (Janet Jackson); and her close friend Tiny Girl. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
