She is survived by: her sisters, Betty (Bill Smith) of Eldorado, Judy (Willie Kohler) of Marion and Cathy Haney of Harrisburg, Illinois.; her son Billy Wayne Rice; her brothers-in-law, Evert Maddux, Bob Haney and Ed Hayes; and her nephew Mike Smith.
